How do I send a parcel with Dawurobo?
Sending a parcel with Dawurobo is easy! Book on our website—no app download required—or download the Dawurobo X app from the Play Store or App Store. Simply create an account, enter your pickup and delivery addresses, specify your package details, and schedule a pickup. Our rider will come to collect your parcel and deliver it anywhere in Ghana.
What items can I send with Dawurobo?
Dawurobo delivers most everyday items including documents, clothing, electronics, food items (properly packaged), gifts, and business goods. We do not deliver prohibited items such as explosives, illegal substances, hazardous materials, or items that violate Ghana's laws. Contact us if you're unsure about a specific item.
Can I schedule a pickup?
Yes! Dawurobo offers flexible pickup scheduling in Ghana. You can request immediate pickup for same-day delivery or schedule a pickup for a specific date and time that works for you. Simply select your preferred pickup time when booking through our website or the Dawurobo X app.
How do I package my items for delivery?
For safe delivery, package your items securely. Use appropriate boxes or padded envelopes for fragile items. Seal packages properly with tape. Include the recipient's name and contact inside the package as backup. For liquids, use leak-proof containers. Our riders can provide basic packaging for small items if needed.

Delivery times with Dawurobo depend on the route. Within cities like Accra, Kumasi, or Tema, we offer same-day delivery, often within hours. For intercity routes (e.g., Accra to Kumasi), expect same-day to next-day delivery. Northern routes to Tamale, Bolgatanga, or Wa typically take 1-2 days. You'll see the estimated time when you book.
Does Dawurobo offer same-day delivery?
Yes! Dawurobo offers same-day delivery within most major cities in Ghana including Accra, Tema, Kumasi, Takoradi, Cape Coast, and more. For intercity deliveries on popular routes like Accra to Kumasi, same-day delivery is often available if you book early in the day.

Absolutely! Real-time tracking is a core feature of Dawurobo. Once your parcel is picked up, you can track its location and status on our website or in the Dawurobo X app. You'll receive notifications at key milestones: pickup, in-transit, out for delivery, and delivered.
What happens if my parcel is delayed?
While we strive for on-time delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances in Ghana. How much does it cost to send a parcel?
Dawurobo's pricing is transparent and based on distance and package weight. Local deliveries within cities start from GHS 15-25. Intercity deliveries vary by route—for example, Accra to Kumasi starts from around GHS 40-60. You'll see the exact price before confirming your booking in the app. We're known for being one of the most affordable courier services in Ghana.
What payment methods does Dawurobo accept?
Dawurobo accepts multiple payment methods for your convenience. You can pay via Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo Money), bank cards (Visa, Mastercard), or cash on pickup. Business accounts can also set up invoicing for regular shipments. View all payment options →
Is my parcel insured during delivery?
Dawurobo takes great care with every parcel. Basic coverage is included for loss or damage during transit. For high-value items, we recommend declaring the value when booking—additional insurance options are available. In case of any issues, contact our support team immediately for resolution.
