Answer “where is my parcel?” yourself.
Every order, every hand-off, every rider is already on your dashboard, under Orders. Six steps, and a plain-English guide to all 17 statuses.
The six steps
- 01
Open Orders
At delivery.dawurobo.com/dashboard: Menu → Orders. On a phone it's the second icon in the bottom bar.
- 02
Read the five numbers
Before you read a single order, this row says whether anything is stuck.
- 03
Tap a group
One tap narrows the list to what's on the road right now.
- 04
Or search for the one
Order number, the recipient's phone, their name, or the item — any of them works.
- 05
Read Tracking Details
Every hand-off, with the time it happened and the rider holding the parcel.
- 06
Wrong? Flag it
Open the order's menu and choose Flag / dispute, with your reason.

Attachments, in the same drawer — the photos the rider took at handover.
Also on every order
Who is paying
“To be paid by”, plus the cash-on-delivery amount, on the order itself.
Also on every order
A receipt
The order's menu prints one. No need to ask us for it.
Flag the order — don't call about it.
A flag lands on the order with your reason attached, and our team reviews it against the same timeline you're looking at. Nothing gets lost in a chat thread.
