How it works

Book it, or bring it in
Book online for two or more parcels, send a pickup request for three or more, or walk into one of our offices. Book at least a day ahead for a collection.
A rider picks it up
Monday to Saturday. Parcels for other cities travel through our offices there, and a local rider takes them the last mile.
Delivered, and you're told
The recipient gets an SMS when it lands. Every status change shows on the tracking page, with the rider's delivery photo when one is taken.

How long does delivery take?
Usually within 24 hours inside Accra, and 24 to 72 hours to other cities and towns across Ghana. We deliver Monday to Saturday; nothing moves on Sundays.
Do you deliver to my town?
We deliver nationwide. Our riders deliver door to door in 11 cities, and 48 more towns have a pickup point where the parcel waits for the recipient. Anywhere else, type the town into the price check or call us on 054 396 4352 and we'll quote it.
Can I send just one parcel?
Yes. Walk it into any of our offices. Booking online starts at 2 parcels, and our pickup request form collects from 3 parcels (GHS 5 a parcel on top of delivery).
What happens if nobody is home?
The delivery is rescheduled and the recipient gets an SMS with the new date.
Who pays — me or the recipient?
Either. When you book, choose whether you pay or the recipient pays on delivery. They can pay the rider in cash, by mobile money through a secure payment link, or by dialling *713*3475#.
Where do I find my order number?
It starts with ORD- and is on the SMS and receipt you get when the parcel is booked. Signed-in customers also see every order in their dashboard.
