This page explains, in simple terms, what each number on your dashboard means and how you can improve it.
You can pick any month at the top of your dashboard. When you switch, all numbers reload for that month only.
Your tier is based on how many days you effectively worked this month.
| Tier | Days Range | Description | Base Pay Reference |
|---|---|---|---|
| 3 | 0 - 20 | Poor Attendance | ₵800 |
| 2 | 21 - 25 | Good Attendance | ₵1000 |
| 1 | 26+ | Perfect Attendance | ₵1200 |
If thresholds change, this table updates automatically.
Each completed delivery counts as 1. More deliveries help your earnings and can trigger a higher rate once you reach the next milestone shown on your dashboard.
Everything added together = the total you see.
The progress bars show how close you are to the next better rate for deliveries or pickups. The label tells you how many more you need. Hitting a milestone can instantly raise what each new task earns you.
This is an estimate of your end-of-month total if you keep up roughly the same daily pace. Treat it as a guide—working more days or increasing volume can push it higher.
If you skip tomorrow, this shows what you could miss out on (like falling behind on days needed for a higher tier). It’s a gentle nudge to stay consistent.
Consistent attendance is the quickest way to unlock better rates.
Serving more different customers beats repeating the same one.
Avoid preventable deductions (late arrival, complaints, etc.).
