Understanding Your Performance

This page explains, in simple terms, what each number on your dashboard means and how you can improve it.

1. Months & Switching

You can pick any month at the top of your dashboard. When you switch, all numbers reload for that month only.

2. Attendance Days

  • Attendance Day: A day you worked (manually marked present/late) OR you completed at least one pickup/delivery.
  • Goal: Work as many weekdays as possible. Sundays don’t count against you.
  • Why it matters: More attendance days move you into better tiers which raise your pay rates.

3. Tiers (Live from Config)

Your tier is based on how many days you effectively worked this month.

TierDays RangeDescriptionBase Pay Reference
30 - 20Poor Attendance800
221 - 25Good Attendance1000
126+Perfect Attendance1200

If thresholds change, this table updates automatically.

4. Drop-offs (Deliveries)

Each completed delivery counts as 1. More deliveries help your earnings and can trigger a higher rate once you reach the next milestone shown on your dashboard.

5. Pickups & Fair Counting

  • The first pickup for a customer in a day counts fully (1).
  • Extra pickups for that same customer the same day count smaller (0.25) so the focus is on serving more unique customers.
  • Your dashboard may show both total pickups and a weighted number—weighted is what affects pay.

6. Points & Bonus

  • You start the month with some points.
  • Good actions can add points; issues (like late arrival or complaints) can remove points.
  • Your bonus = current points × a fixed cash value.

7. What Makes Up Your Earnings

  • Base Pay: Grows with your attendance days.
  • Delivery Rate: Deliveries × your current delivery rate.
  • Pickup Rate: Weighted pickups × your current pickup rate.
  • Points Bonus: From your points balance.

Everything added together = the total you see.

8. Milestones (Next Rate Progress)

The progress bars show how close you are to the next better rate for deliveries or pickups. The label tells you how many more you need. Hitting a milestone can instantly raise what each new task earns you.

9. Projection (Where You Might Finish)

This is an estimate of your end-of-month total if you keep up roughly the same daily pace. Treat it as a guide—working more days or increasing volume can push it higher.

10. Potential Loss Warning

If you skip tomorrow, this shows what you could miss out on (like falling behind on days needed for a higher tier). It’s a gentle nudge to stay consistent.

11. Tips to Improve Fast

Show Up

Consistent attendance is the quickest way to unlock better rates.

Increase Weighted Pickups
